A basic energetical (emotional, mental..) state of OPENNESS is required to receive selective knowledge/ true information. Expectations, either conscious or unconscious, as to what the answer might, could, should or has to be like serve to block true answers. If you ask your guide(s) or the universe something, take a few wild guesses what you think the answer might be. Then, drop these thoughts about the answer, and any emotional charge you have built up and tied to what the outcome of your quest might be. Go into a surrendering mode and make yourself, including your mental, emotional and energetical state, a blank, responsive receiver. The answer might be what you thought anyway; it might also be something completely different. You are asking to probe the unknown, to receive a new perspective; be open to it. Open yourself to all possibilities of which you know nothing yet. Agree to transcend the borders of your current belief-systems and to have your mind and the rest of you expanded by the answer. Ask for knowledge which serves your highest true purpose, and is in full alignment with your mission. Sometimes, specific questions one asks are not in alignment with one´s purpose or quest, and to probe in that direction will not serve one´s development and fulfillment of true purpose; then, it might be a good idea to either think of a more appropriate question, to try and feel where knowledge is needed at this time to move on, or to just leave it open and ask for whatever it is one should know at this time. Be aware that an answer can hold unexpected consequences. It might not at all be what you´d like to hear, or can easily digest or deal with or accept. Thus, it is necesary to be basically willing to step into the unknown and be expanded. Otherwise you will not receive knowledge which has the potential to increase your awareness and your alignment with your true purpose in any significant way. The answer can only be as impacting as the degree of your state of openness allows it to be. If you only open specific parts of yourself and hold tight to your current structure, thinking you can integrate the answer without much effort, without changing anything, you are in fact asking for a version of the answer to your question which holds a very limited potential to change you, your energetical state, your alignment, your awareness. This is about allowing. This is about willingness to let new data input transform you in a profound and lasting way. This is about integrating selective knowledge, as opposed to illusionary fake-knolwdge. Many say to themselves that they do not know, and want to know, and are asking; what they really think is that they do know, and want confirmation (that can even include such a belief as ‘I will not get an answer to this anyway’) and they are actually not asking for true knowledge at all. They are PRETENDING to ask. If they really knew, they would not be asking at all, and would crave no confirmation. If they really wanted to know, they would be in a state in which true data can be received, in fact it would naturally attract it. Many ask out of a state of unconsious confusion, they, on a deeper level. feel the lack of true knowledge, and this results in a craving for confirmation of the data they hold, cause this data is illusionary and does not contain the confirmation in itself, does not satisfy their deeper levels. To step out of an illusion one must direct oneself, choose one´s general inner direction, get ready to reject fake knowledge by being open to receive real answers, and later on with the gathering of more selective knowledge aligned with this inner direction/ one´s true pupose, a clear focus can develop and increase. There is this difference between wanting to know that it is so, and wanting to know what it really is. Receiving true data requires wanting to know for real. Many think they want to know when that is not so, and thus get frustrated, because they just think they are asking, they are trying to find knowledge in the illusion so therefore not finding true knowledge. They are not in a state of wanting to know. The degree of clarity and openness and direction with which their question is asked does not match the size of the selective knowledge answer, doesn´t match the degree required to receive. They are not ready. It is not that the universe doesn´t answer... they are actually not asking. They think they are. They are pretending to ask, and at the same time expect an answer, a specific one, and if what comes doesn´t fit they filter it out, reject or distort it, thus are left with either another version of obfuscated data, or none at all. The expectation blocks the real answer. It neutralizes the question. They have the ILLUSION that they are asking when they are not. They have expectations which obstruct, which hold off the true knowledge pattern, it cannot fit in, because the vessel is energetically configured to receive illusionary data input only and lacks the willingness to expand. To me it was shown like this: when I expect things to be such and such, I´m like blinded to what is right before me, cause I am focused on looking for things I imagine must be there, when they aren´t, and thus I get frustrated, and blinded. This includes expectations I have of my myself, what I must be like and such, and I´m only now coming to terms with the fact I am practically on the outer limits of my current abilities when I try to grasp what my guide puts before me - it´s not really going to pass, that state of being on one´s outer limits, in that as long as one progresses at that speed it will neccessarily be pushing things to cross borders, and there is no reason to slow down, is there? The idea seems to be to get accustomed to and confortable with that state of being on the brink, constantly trespassing borders. The problem is not that I don´t see things, the problem is I had trouble to face their true nature. Past is past. Things are Now. Things are shedding their cloaks. In this realm of duality, the ability ot receive selective knowledge usually includes the willingness to let go of illusionary knowledge in favour of true knowledge. Illusionary knowledge takes up and obfuscates the place where selective knowledge could otherwise be received and held/carried. So, one must let go of one, to receive the other. They are not compatible, illusionary data is the distorted fake-version of the real thing. Illusion must be replaced by true data, for clarity to prevail.
